Jayland leads acquisitions, negotiations, and deal structuring — bringing in opportunities and shaping each deal so it meets our standards before moving forward.

 

Edgar works as our Project Manager. Oversees the entire build process, coordinating the architectural designer and builder, verifying bids, managing timelines, inspections, and budgets to keep every project on track.

 

Christian serves as our Investment Partner, aligning capital, reviewing feasibility, and ensuring each project remains financially sound from start to finish.

 

Together, we operate as a tight unit with clear roles, fast communication, and aligned decision-making, allowing us to execute each project efficiently and with confidence.
