Our Process
We keep our process simple and disciplined. We take on anything residential, including distressed Single family to small Multifamily homes and buildable lots. Every opportunity goes through the same steps. We run numbers upfront, verify everything during the inspection period, and complete a full feasibility check before we commit. We either buy the property directly or partner with the homeowner if they want to make more money and are willing to wait for the full project to be completed. Every project must show a clear path to a minimum 30 percent profit when we sell. If the deal doesn’t meet that standard, we don’t move forward.
